You also agree to hold the property management company, co-hosts, and owners of the home free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances. ➦You acknowledge the risk involved with activities using bikes and/or lawn games, including, but not limited to, sprains, slips and falls, or other physical injuries. You certify that your participation is voluntary and you have been made aware of the risks. Additionally, you do not have any conditions that may increase your likelihood of injury. ➦Health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfection after each check-out. ➦There is a strict NO Smoking and No Party policy at our Airbnb. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively. There is a noise monitoring device installed in the unit that tracks volume decibels. Please note that the device does not record audio to ensure privacy for all our guests IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GUESTS: Pets are strictly prohibited and not allowed on the property. Please be aware that a penalty of up to $200 may be imposed if any pet hair or other evidence of pets is discovered on the premises.
