Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. After booking, you'll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details and select your preferred security deposit option through a third-party platform. You may choose between a $70 non-refundable damage waiver or a $700 refundable security deposit. Check-in instructions and access details will be shared once the form has been completed. CANCELLATION POLICY: Before you book, you'll see the cancellation terms for your stay on the "Confirm and Pay" page. Please review them carefully, since they apply to both cancellations and date changes. You'll also see an option there to add trip insurance, which we strongly recommend. ⭐️SMOKING -Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. & NOISE & SMOKE MONITORING MACHINE -For the comfort and safety of all our guests, our property is equipped with a noise and smoking monitoring device. Please note that: ⭐️Noise monitoring: This device tracks sound levels to ensure a peaceful environment but does not record audio for privacy. -Smoking detection: The device monitors air quality for smoking or vaping activity, as smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. ⭐️CAMERA LOCATION -There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and records image & sound 24/7. ⭐️ It is place to ensure that our guests feel secure and that the property remains safe. Please note, there are no cameras inside the home to respect your privacy. Your comfort and safety are our top priority. 🚨 Please note: Quiet outdoor hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We highly recommend enjoying all outdoor amenities during designated hours. No outdoor music is allowed after 10:00 PM. You also agree to hold the property management company, co-hosts, and owners of the home free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances. ➦You acknowledge the risk involved with activities using bikes and/or lawn games, including, but not limited to, sprains, slips and falls, or other physical injuries. You certify that your participation is voluntary and you have been made aware of the risks. Additionally, you do not have any conditions that may increase your likelihood of injury. ➦Health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfection after each check-out. ➦There is a strict NO Smoking and No Party policy at our Airbnb. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively. There is a noise monitoring device installed in the unit that tracks volume decibels.
