You also agree to hold the property management company, co-hosts, and owners of the home free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances. ➦You acknowledge the risk involved with activities using bikes and/or lawn games, including, but not limited to, sprains, slips and falls, or other physical injuries. Please note that the device does not record audio to ensure privacy for all our guests NO PETS POLICY: Pets are strictly prohibited and not allowed on the property. Please be aware that a penalty of up to $200 may be imposed if any pet hair or other evidence of pets is discovered on the premises. ‼️IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER ‼️ ► Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay **Amenities are only accessible for guest staying over 28 days as per the building policy** ** the elevators might be slower than usual due to other Airbnbs in the building**
