If you’re traveling with additional vehicles, convenient underground parking is available at Green P Parking Lot 18 (351 Keele St.), just a 5-minute drive from the property. Daily parking rates typically range from $20–$30, depending on the length of your stay and availability, making it a convenient option for any additional vehicles. 🛑 Important Information — Please Read Before Booking Please review the following information carefully before completing your booking. After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete your reservation details, sign the rental agreement, verify your ID, and select your preferred security deposit option through a secure third-party platform partnered with Airbnb. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfection after each check-out. ➦There is a strict NO Smoking and No Party policy at our Airbnb. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively. There is a noise monitoring device installed in the unit that tracks volume decibels. Please note that the device does not record audio to ensure privacy for all our guests NO PETS POLICY: Pets are strictly prohibited and not allowed on the property. ‼️IMPORTANT NOTE‼️ ► Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay.
