It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide these for the remainder of their stay. ➦This is a private basement suite with its own living space, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities.

PLEASE NOTE ‼️ Check-In Disclaimer: We do our best to accommodate our standard 4:00 PM check-in time; however, same-day check-outs or unexpected circumstances may occasionally cause delays. While we do everything possible to avoid this, we want to be upfront that delays can happen, and check-in may be extended depending on the situation. ► Check-in disclaimer: On days when another guest checks out, check-in may be delayed to allow our team enough time to clean and prepare the property for your arrival. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure the space is ready for your stay. You agree to not hold accountable or bring legal action against the property management company, the co-hosts, or the owners of the home. This message and your booking with us releases the property management company from all liability relating to injuries that may occur on location before, during, or after activity. You also agree to hold the property management company, co-hosts, and owners of the home free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances. ➦You acknowledge the risk involved with activities using bikes and/or lawn games, including, but not limited to, sprains, slips and falls, or other physical injuries. You certify that your participation is voluntary and you have been made aware of the risks. Additionally, you do not have any conditions that may increase your likelihood of injury. ➦Health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfection after each check-out. ➦There is a strict NO Smoking and No Party policy at our Airbnb. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively. There is a noise monitoring device installed in the unit that tracks volume decibels. Please note that the device does not record audio to ensure privacy for all our guests SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is permitted outdoors only and is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please smoke away from all doors and windows, keeping them closed to prevent smoke and odors from entering the property. All cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. Failure to comply with this policy, including leaving cigarette butts anywhere on the property, will result in a $1,000 fine. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GUESTS: Pets are strictly prohibited and not allowed on the property. Please be aware that a penalty of up to $200 may be imposed if any pet hair or other evidence of pets is discovered on the premises.
