If you’re traveling with additional vehicles, convenient underground parking is available at Green P Parking Lot 18 (351 Keele St.), just a 5-minute drive from the property. Daily parking rates typically range from $20–$30, depending on the length of your stay and availability, making it a convenient option for any additional vehicles. 🛑 Important Information — Please Read Before Booking Please review the following information carefully before completing your booking. After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete your reservation details, sign the rental agreement, verify your ID, and select your preferred security deposit option through a secure third-party platform partnered with Airbnb. You also agree to hold the property management company, co-hosts, and owners of the home free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances. ➦You acknowledge the risk involved with activities using bikes and/or lawn games, including, but not limited to, sprains, slips and falls, or other physical injuries. You certify that your participation is voluntary and you have been made aware of the risks. Additionally, you do not have any conditions that may increase your likelihood of injury. ➦Health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfection after each check-out. ➦There is a strict NO Smoking and No Party policy at our Airbnb. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively. There is a noise monitoring device installed in the unit that tracks volume decibels. Please note that the device does not record audio to ensure privacy for all our guests NO PETS POLICY: Pets are strictly prohibited and not allowed on the property. ‼️IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER ‼️ ► Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay NO PETS POLICY: Pets are strictly prohibited and not allowed on the property. Please be aware that a fine of up to $200 may be applied if any pet hair or evidence of pets is found on the premises.
