PLEASE NOTE ‼️ Check-In Disclaimer: We do our best to accommodate our standard 4:00 PM check-in time; however, same-day check-outs or unexpected circumstances may occasionally cause delays. While we do everything possible to avoid this, we want to be upfront that delays can happen, and check-in may be extended depending on the situation. CANCELLATION POLICY: Before you book, you'll see the cancellation terms for your stay on the "Confirm and Pay" page. Please smoke away from all doors and windows, keeping them closed to prevent smoke and odors from entering the property. All cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. Failure to comply with this policy, including leaving cigarette butts anywhere on the property, will result in a $1,000 fine. & NOISE & SMOKE MONITORING MACHINE -For the comfort and safety of all our guests, our property is equipped with a noise and smoking monitoring device. Please note that: ⭐️Check-in disclaimer: On days when another guest checks out, check-in may be delayed to allow our team enough time to clean and prepare the property for your arrival. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure the space is ready for your stay. ⭐️Noise monitoring: This device tracks sound levels to ensure a peaceful environment but does not record audio for privacy. -Smoking detection: The device monitors air quality for smoking or vaping activity, as smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. ⭐️CAMERA LOCATION -There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and records image & sound 24/7. ⭐️ It is a place to ensure that our guests feel secure and that the property remains safe. Please note, there are no cameras inside the home to respect your privacy. Your comfort and safety are our top priority. 🚨 Please note: Quiet outdoor hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We highly recommend enjoying all outdoor amenities during designated hours. No outdoor music is allowed after 10:00 PM. Noise complaints may result in a non-refundable cancellation of your booking and a fine up to $1000 We kindly ask that you respect the house rules and our neighbours to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. 🚨NO PARTIES ALLOWED AS IT'S A FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD LIABILITY MESSAGE: ➦By booking your stay with us, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks connected with activity using the hot tub, lawn games, and any activity in the surrounding area. This message and your booking with us releases the property management company from all liability relating to injuries that may occur on location before, during, or after activity. You also agree to hold the property management company, co-hosts, and owners of the home free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances. ➦You acknowledge the risk involved with activities using bikes and/or lawn games, including, but not limited to, sprains, slips and falls, or other physical injuries. You certify that your participation is voluntary and you have been made aware of the risks. Additionally, you do not have any conditions that may increase your likelihood of injury. ➦Health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfection after each check-out. ➦There is a strict NO Smoking and No Party policy at our Airbnb. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively. There is a noise monitoring device installed in the unit that tracks volume decibels. Please note that the device does not record audio to ensure privacy for all our guests *HotTub during the Winter can be a bit tricky. In extreme temperatures (-20C or below) hot tub may loose heat and temps might drop. While this rarely happens, it is a factor that is out of our control regarding your stay* ‼️IMPORTANT NOTE‼️ ➦Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay NO PETS POLICY: Pets are strictly prohibited and not allowed on the property. Please be aware that a fine of up to $200 may be applied if any pet hair or evidence of pets is found on the premises.
