Within walking distance from our building you can go to the CN tower, Ripley's, arcade, restaurants and lakeshore for lake view walks - all within 5 minute walk from the building. Our building is also accessible to the Gardiner Expressway for easy access to the highway! The entire condo includes: ✔ One premium memory foam queen bed ✔ One Sofa ✔ Natural light in all parts of the unit with City & Lake Views ✔ Catch beautiful sunset moments of the city. ✔ Fully stocked kitchen with Toaster, microwave and all kitchen essentials for fun and seamless cooking nights. ✔ Spacious living room with cozy furniture, best for your group to relax and wind down. ✔ Unlimited high-speed internet. ✔ Washer and dryer included in main closet. ‼️IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER‼️ ➦Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay **Amenities are only accessible for guest staying over 28 days as per the building policy** ➦An air mattress will be provided for the 3rd guest to ensure a comfortable stay.

Additionally, you do not have any conditions that may increase your likelihood of injury. ➦Health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfection after each check-out. ➦There is a strict NO Smoking and No Party policy at our Airbnb. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively. There is a noise monitoring device installed in the unit that tracks volume decibels. Please note that the device does not record audio to ensure privacy for all our guests
