Our building is also accessible to the Gardiner Expressway for easy access to the highway! The entire condo includes: ✔ One premium memory foam queen bed ✔ One Sofa ✔ Natural light in all parts of the unit with City & Lake Views ✔ Catch beautiful sunset moments of the city. ✔ Fully stocked kitchen with Toaster, microwave and all kitchen essentials for fun and seamless cooking nights. ✔ Spacious living room with cozy furniture, best for your group to relax and wind down. ✔ Unlimited high-speed internet. ✔ Washer and dryer included in main closet. ‼️IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER‼️ ➦Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay **Amenities are only accessible for guest staying over 28 days as per the building policy** ➦An air mattress will be provided for the 3rd guest to ensure a comfortable stay.

Please be aware that a penalty of up to $200 may be imposed if any pet hair or other evidence of pets is discovered on the premises.
