This message and your booking with us releases the property management company from all liability relating to injuries that may occur on location before, during, or after activity. You also agree to hold the property management company, co-hosts, and owners of the home free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances. ➦You acknowledge the risk involved with activities using bikes and/or lawn games, including, but not limited to, sprains, slips and falls, or other physical injuries. You certify that your participation is voluntary and you have been made aware of the risks. Additionally, you do not have any conditions that may increase your likelihood of injury. ➦Health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfection after each check-out. ➦There is a strict NO Smoking and No Party policy at our Airbnb. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively. There is a noise monitoring device installed in the unit that tracks volume decibels. Please note that the device does not record audio to ensure privacy for all our guests ‼️IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER‼️ ➦Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay ➦WINTER: We have hired people to shovel the private driveway during winter and the main road is plowed by the city. However, we are not responsible for the any issues with ice and snow on the driveway or on the road itself. Winter weather can be unpredictable in Muskoka for your convenience please be prepared to shovel o if needed. The levels of snow vary greatly from the city PROPANE: We will try our best to keep the propane filled but guests will need to visit the gas station 10 minutes away if it is empty PESTS/SMALL ANIMALS: Please note that this property is located in cottage country so mosquitos, flies, and in rare cases, small wild animals (including turkeys, field mice, foxes, deer, etc..) could be seen in the area. We have taken preventative measures to ensure these pests do not enter the cottage but cannot guarantee that they enter the property. We ask that windows and doors should be closed when not in use to prevent pests from entering the cottage. STR-2025-49
