It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay ➦WINTER: We have hired people to shovel the private driveway during winter and the main road is plowed by the city. However, we are not responsible for the any issues with ice and snow on the driveway or on the road itself. Winter weather can be unpredictable in Muskoka for your convenience please be prepared to shovel o if needed. The levels of snow vary greatly from the city *HotTub during the Winter can be a bit tricky. In extreme temperatures (-20C or below) hot tub may loose heat and temps might drop. While this rarely happens, it is a factor that is out of our control regarding your stay* PROPANE: We will try our best to keep the propane filled but guests will need to visit the gas station 10 minutes away if it is empty PESTS/SMALL ANIMALS: Please note that this property is located in cottage country so mosquitos, flies, and in rare cases, small wild animals (including turkeys, field mice, foxes, deer, etc..) could be seen in the area. We have taken preventative measures to ensure these pests do not enter the cottage but cannot guarantee that they enter the property. We ask that windows and doors should be closed when not in use to prevent pests from entering the cottage.
