Please note that: ⭐️Noise monitoring: This device tracks sound levels to ensure a peaceful environment but does not record audio for privacy. -Smoking detection: The device monitors air quality for smoking or vaping activity, as smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. ⭐️CAMERA LOCATION There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and records images and sound 24/7. It is in place to ensure that our guests feel secure and that the property remains safe. Please note, there are no cameras inside the home to respect your privacy. Your comfort and safety are our top priority. 🚨 Please note: Quiet outdoor hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We highly recommend enjoying all outdoor amenities during designated hours. No outdoor music is allowed after 10:00 PM. Please be aware that a fine of up to $200 may be applied if any pet hair or evidence of pets is found on the premises ‼️IMPORTANT NOTE‼️ ➦Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay
