As you enter the 7 acre gated property there are gardens and landscapes that take your breadth away. Tall majestic trees and artistic boulders and rocks adorn the Valhalla landscape. You can enjoy various gardens in different areas of the property and and relax in the pond area with the meditative waterfall. The drive from the gate to the car port gives you glimpse of the various areas of the property. As soon as you step foot in the majestic zen retreat, you're welcomed by a stylish yet highly comfortable living area. It is designed and decorated elegantly, complementing the breathtaking vacation setting near the fairy tale Ste. Anne's Spa. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area open onto the entertaining living room under the high ceilings, setting the stage for memorable evenings. Sign our short-term rental agreement This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks. 2. Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few 3. This information is fully disclosed prior to booking. After booking, you'll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details and select your preferred security deposit option through a third-party platform. You may choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a $700 refundable security deposit. Check-in instructions and access details will be shared once the form has been completed. CANCELLATION POLICY: Before you book, you'll see the cancellation terms for your stay on the "Confirm and Pay" page. You also agree to hold the property management company, co-hosts, and owners of the home free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances. ➦You acknowledge the risk involved with activities using bikes and/or lawn games, including, but not limited to, sprains, slips and falls, or other physical injuries. You certify that your participation is voluntary and you have been made aware of the risks. Additionally, you do not have any conditions that may increase your likelihood of injury. ➦Health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfection after each check-out. ➦There is a strict NO Smoking and No Party policy at our Airbnb. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively. There is a noise monitoring device installed in the unit that tracks volume decibels. Please note that the device does not record audio to ensure privacy for all our guests ‼️IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER‼️ ➦Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay ➦WINTER: We have hired people to shovel the private driveway during winter and the main road is plowed by the city. However, we are not responsible for the any issues with ice and snow on the driveway or on the road itself. Winter weather can be unpredictable in Muskoka for your convenience please be prepared to shovel o if needed. The levels of snow vary greatly from the city *HotTub during the Winter can be a bit tricky. In extreme temperatures (-20C or below) hot tub may loose heat and temps might drop. While this rarely happens, it is a factor that is out of our control regarding your stay* BBQ PROPANE NOTICE: Propane is not provided for the BBQ. Guests are responsible for supplying their own propane or refilling the tank as needed. Please note that the tank may be empty upon arrival depending on previous guest usage. Propane refills are available at nearby gas stations, approximately 10 minutes away. PESTS/SMALL ANIMALS: Please note that this property is located in cottage country so mosquitos, flies, and in rare cases, small wild animals (including turkeys, field mice, foxes, deer, etc..) could be seen in the area. We have taken preventative measures to ensure these pests do not enter the cottage but cannot guarantee that they enter the property. We ask that windows and doors should be closed when not in use to prevent pests from entering the cottage. NO PETS POLICY: Pets are strictly prohibited and not allowed on the property. Please be aware that a fine of up to $200 may be applied if any pet hair or evidence of pets is found on the premises. LAUNDRY IS NOT IN SERVICE AT THE MOMENT
