Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. After booking, you'll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details and select your preferred security deposit option through a third-party platform. You may choose between a $70 non-refundable damage waiver or a $700 refundable security deposit. Check-in instructions and access details will be shared once the form has been completed. CANCELLATION POLICY: Before you book, you'll see the cancellation terms for your stay on the "Confirm and Pay" page. Please review them carefully, since they apply to both cancellations and date changes. You'll also see an option there to add trip insurance, which we strongly recommend. ✦ HOUSE RULES✦ Airbnb has a ZERO POLICY FOR PARTIES‼️ If a party is thrown, Air Bnb will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave without a refund. ➦ All guests must be disclosed. ➦ No parties or events allowed. ➦ No Smoking or illegal substance inside house. Doing so will result in $500 fee with extra cleaning fees. ➦ Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am ➦ Any damages caused to furniture/linens may be subject to charges for replacements. Please ensure to check out on time. Late check outs will be charged $100/hour. ➦We do allow early check ins & late check outs for a maximum of 2 hours at $25/hour. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that it cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the departure time of previous guests and the cleaning schedule. ⭐️ CLEANLINESS ⭐️ ➦Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. ⭐️ MONTHLY STAY GUESTS ⭐️ ➦We provide initial consumables. Once supplies are used up, we advise guests to replenish their own supplies. ⭐️ QUIET HOURS ⭐️ ➦Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours. ⭐️ SMOKING⭐️ ➦Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. ⭐️ NOISE & SMOKE MONITORING MACHINE ⭐️ ➦For the comfort and safety of all our guests, our property is equipped with a noise and smoking monitoring device. Please note that: ➦Noise monitoring: This device tracks sound levels to ensure a peaceful environment but does not record audio for privacy. ➦Smoking detection: The device monitors air quality for smoking or vaping activity, as smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. ⭐️ CAMERA LOCATION ⭐️ ➦There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and records image & sound 24/7. ➦It is place to ensure that our guests feel secure and that the property remains safe.
