BBQ PROPANE NOTICE: Propane is not provided for the BBQ. Guests are responsible for supplying their own propane or refilling the tank as needed. Please note that the tank may be empty upon arrival depending on previous guest usage. Propane refills are available at nearby gas stations, approximately 10 minutes away. In extreme temperatures (-20C or below) hot tub may loose heat and temps might drop. While this rarely happens, it is a factor that is out of our control regarding your stay* ⭐️ LATE CHECKINS/CHECKOUTS ⭐️ Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am. ➦Our cleaning team will arrive 11am sharp. Please ensure to check out on time. Late check outs will be charged $100/hour. ➦We do allow early check ins & late check outs for a maximum of 2 hours at $25/hour. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that it cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the departure time of previous guests and the cleaning schedule. ⭐️ CLEANLINESS ⭐️ ➦Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. ⭐️ MONTHLY STAY GUESTS ⭐️ ➦We provide initial consumables. Once supplies are used up, we advise guests to replenish their own supplies. ⭐️ QUIET HOURS ⭐️ ➦Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours. ⭐️ SMOKING⭐️ ➦Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. ⭐️ NOISE & SMOKE MONITORING MACHINE ⭐️ ➦For the comfort and safety of all our guests, our property is equipped with a noise and smoking monitoring device. Please note that: ➦Noise monitoring: This device tracks sound levels to ensure a peaceful environment but does not record audio for privacy. ➦Smoking detection: The device monitors air quality for smoking or vaping activity, as smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. ⭐️ CAMERA LOCATION ⭐️ ➦There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and records images and sound 24/7. ➦It is placed to ensure that our guests feel secure and that the property remains safe. Please note, there are no cameras inside the home to respect your privacy. Your comfort and safety are our top priority. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out! 🚨Disclaimer: Please note that the area is in the final phase of construction. While major work is complete, there may be occasional noise or activity during daytime hours. We appreciate your understanding as the finishing touches are being made.
