While we do everything possible to avoid this, we want to be upfront that delays can happen, and check-in may be extended depending on the situation. CANCELLATION POLICY: Before you book, you'll see the cancellation terms for your stay on the "Confirm and Pay" page. Please review them carefully, since they apply to both cancellations and date changes. You also agree to hold the property management company, co-hosts, and owners of the home free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances. ➦You acknowledge the risk involved with activities using bikes and/or lawn games, including, but not limited to, sprains, slips and falls, or other physical injuries. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfection after each check-out. ‼️NOTE‼️ ⭐️ LATE CHECKINS/CHECKOUTS ⭐️ Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am. ➦Our cleaning team will arrive 11am sharp. Please ensure to check out on time. Late check outs will be charged $100/hour. ➦We do allow early check ins & late check outs for a maximum of 2 hours at $25/hour. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that it cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the departure time of previous guests and the cleaning schedule. ⭐️ CLEANLINESS ⭐️ ➦Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. ⭐️ MONTHLY STAY GUESTS ⭐️ ➦We provide initial consumables. Once supplies are used up, we advise guests to replenish their own supplies. ⭐️ QUIET HOURS ⭐️ ➦Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours. ⭐️ SMOKING⭐️ ➦Smoking is permitted outdoors only and is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please smoke away from all doors and windows, keeping them closed to prevent smoke and odors from entering the property. All cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. Failure to comply with this policy, including leaving cigarette butts anywhere on the property, will result in a $1,000 fine. ⭐️ NOISE & SMOKE MONITORING MACHINE ⭐️ ➦For the comfort and safety of all our guests, our property is equipped with a noise and smoking monitoring device. Please note that: ➦Noise monitoring: This device tracks sound levels to ensure a peaceful environment but does not record audio for privacy. ➦Smoking detection: The device monitors air quality for smoking or vaping activity, as smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. ⭐️ CAMERA LOCATION ⭐️ ➦There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and records image & sound 24/7. ➦It is place to ensure that our guests feel secure and that the property remains safe. Please note, there are no cameras inside the home to respect your privacy. Your comfort and safety are our top priority. While major work is complete, there may be occasional noise or activity during daytime hours. We appreciate your understanding as the finishing touches are being made.
